Refund policy
We want you to love your newest candle, and we understand that picking a scent online can be difficult at times. If you aren't 100% happy with your purchase, please reach out to us at hello@familiarfolia.com with your order number in the subject line.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused and returned to us in new condition. We will need a receipt or proof of purchase to begin processing your return.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@familiarfolia.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your package upon arrival, if you notice signs of damage we ask that you take photos of the shipping box your order arrived in and the damaged item with product labels visible. We will need these photos in order to submit a claim to our mail carriers so we can issue any refunds due to damage. Please send this to hello@familiarfolia.com with your order number in the subject line.
EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
